Feedback

Feedback in my class is essential.  At the end of every video or photo project, I play the final product on the screen in front of the class.  It is a perfect opportunity for me to lead a class discussion about the good things we just saw, and provide constructive feedback on things that could be better.  If you ask the students, I think they will tell you that they get a LOT out of these sessions.  It also gives me the ability to tell a student, "Remember when we saw . . . "  

It's an essential part of my class.
